Ice Banks

Trickle cooler / crushed icemaker
Trickel coolers have been used for many years.
In recent times, when the manufacture of heatexchangers has been
rationalized, this type of refrigeration is finding increasing use. The
outstanding advantage is that the water distribution is handled by an
ingenious system. When compared to distribution using a punched trough,
this design has the advantage of non soiling thereby ensuring uniform
distribution of the fluids to be cooled.
The trickle cooler is made totally out of stainless steel and has an insulated colleting reservoir.
Furthermore, our drip coolers excel because during the flooding
operation the boiling retardation is low, whereby overheating can be
selected during the dry expansion operation. Our trickle coolers are

High Pressure Heat Exchangers - Coaxial
Coaxial heat exchangers offer a special solution for all industrial
manufacturing processes involving cold and heat reclamation plants.
Above all, in systems where the fastest possible heat exchange is
required, the counter-current model ensures a high level of efficiency.
The coaxial heat exchanger consists of two pipe coils conducted through
each other, which are wound into a snail form. The primary medium runs
in the counter-current to the secondary medium in the pipe interspace.

Sealed plate heat exchanger RED-MATIK
The RED-MATIK is basically constructed of one frame on which
individual plates are stacked. The frame consists of one robust plate
to which the bolting and opponent plate is attached. Each individual
plate is notched on the upper and lower side offering a precise
positioning of the sealed plates by the bolting. The dimensional
accuracy of each component offers best heat exchange. Easy
disassembling and thus easy maintenance or increase of number of
plates.
A medium combination of liquid/liquid, gas/gas or gas/liquid is
possible. Also a great variety of materials, thicknesses and
complementary components are available.

COOL-FIT Plastic pipe system
COOL-FIT is a complete pre-insulated plastic pipe system for
secondary cooling and refrigiration piping systems. The ABS plastic
system contains pipe, fittings, valves and transition fittings, with
outer jackets in white or UV resistant black PE.
The system can be vapour sealed and is 100% watertight. COOL-FIT
can be applied with glycol and saline products at temperatures from
–50ºC to +40ºC at an operating pressure up to 10 bar.
COOL-FIT pre-insulated pipe and fittings include high density PUR > 45kg/m3 insulation material.
